It’s easy to let things that we care about get pushed to the side due to other priorities, insecurities, and challenges.

The thing is, we can only ignore those priorities, goals and passions for so long. Soon, we end up being weighed down by constant reminders, an untouched bucket list, and/or the nagging voices in our head.

As someone who feels that things could be happier, more organized or healthier, you’ve come to the right place. You see, in order to be joyous, we need to find solutions to get over our resistance, fears and setbacks, and keep that foundational tree growing healthy and strong. With me so far?

The trick is “how do we get past all of that so that we DON”T ALLOW FEAR TO DE-RAIL us?”
